Through our signature Leadership & Coaching Division, we support women in rising into their calling with programs such as The Virtuous Leader System™, the Soft Power Assessment, and high-impact workshops and VIP experiences. Every resource is designed to strengthen women from the inside out — building character, leadership capacity, and purposeful confidence.
Our Virtuous Voyages™ Travel Division provides meaningful, values-centered travel planning for families, individuals, and leaders seeking refreshing, restorative, and well-curated experiences. Within this division lies GraceBound Journeys™, our faith-based group and ministry travel arm, offering specialized support for churches, missionary teams, nonprofits, and community groups. From ministry travel to global missions support, GraceBound Journeys™ helps purpose-driven travelers go farther with intention.
Virtuous Voyages™ also extends into hospitality and guest experience through our Airbnb Management & Turnover Services, offering streamlined, excellence-driven support for property owners who want a trustworthy, professional service grounded in care and integrity.
At the heart of our youth impact work is the Swann School of Protocol Jacksonville, where teens and young leaders develop confidence, etiquette, leadership skills, and character through programs like GraceCode (girls) and GentsLife (boys). These programs equip the next generation with poise, purpose, and practical life skills that last a lifetime.

Petals of Virtue was born from a season of surrender. After surviving breast cancer and rebuilding my life, I made a commitment to serve others through leadership, purposeful travel, ministry support, and youth empowerment.
As the founder of Petals of Virtue, I lead a multi-division empowerment enterprise dedicated to helping women, families, ministries, and youth flourish in purpose and confidence. My journey as a survivor, widow, mother, and missionary has shaped the way I mentor and support others — with grace, resilience, and unwavering faith.
Through my leadership programs, faith-centered travel services, and youth development initiatives, I guide individuals and communities into greater clarity, growth, and God-given purpose. My mission is to help others rise with virtue, lead with confidence, and live a life that reflects intention and grace.
